We’re excited to see you at the 91st Annual Meeting and Regulators’ Training Symposium in historic Richmond, VA! This is a valuable opportunity to share insights, exchange ideas, and discuss emerging issues while networking and reconnecting with fellow professionals. Last year’s in-person event was a great success, and we’re looking forward to building on that momentum by offering even more chances to collaborate, update each other on the latest legislative and enforcement changes, and address current challenges in the regulation of the consumer credit industry. Each year, the NACCA Annual Meeting brings together regulators from across the country to share best practices, deepen examination knowledge, and explore current issues in consumer services. While this year’s program is still being finalized, you may review our preliminary schedule below:

Cost

We’re pleased to announce that in 2026, we’ve been able to reduce the registration rate, thanks to the hotel meeting our need for GSA room rates. This helps keep costs lower for all attendees while still providing a high-quality event experience.

  • Member Rate: $995
  • Non-Member Rate: $1,095
  • Honorary Member Rate: $150

  • Register by May 15, 2026. It's quick and easy!
  • If you are registering more than 1 attendee and need to pay by credit card, please register as pay later and send an email to NACCA staff for a payment link. 
  • The Annual Meeting will be held at the Delta Richmond Downtown.
  • Book your room early, as the room block will close on Friday, May 15, 2026.
