Registration is open for the 2025 NACCA Consumer Services & Examiners’ School, taking place September 29 – October 3 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Schedule at a Glance is now available to help you plan your attendance. This year’s program will feature dynamic sessions on examinations, complaint handling, fraud prevention, IT oversight, and more. Space is limited and registration is first-come, first-served, secure your spot by Friday, September 19, 2025!
What to Expect
Each year, the NACCA School brings together regulators from across the country to share best practices, deepen examination knowledge, and explore current issues in consumer services. While this year’s program is still being finalized, sessions include topics such as:
