Early Registration Now Open
Over the past few years, NACCA has received requests from members hoping to register early in order to align registration costs with their current fiscal year. In response, we’ve opened a special early registration window for the 2025 Consumer Services & Examiners’ School.
Please note: This registration period is for securing your spot only. The full program agenda is currently in development and will be released in the coming weeks. A Schedule at a Glance will also be posted soon to assist with travel planning.
What to Expect
Each year, the NACCA School brings together regulators from across the country to share best practices, deepen examination knowledge, and explore current issues in consumer services. While this year’s program is still being finalized, last years' sessions included topics such as:
- Multi-State Examination Process & Scoping
- SES Systems and Complaint Portals
- Complaint Writing Workshops and Fraud Tools
- Tribal Lending and Student Loan Oversight
- Crypto Lending, Federal Rulemaking & Litigation Updates
- Safeguards Rule, IT Examinations, and Data Security
- Emerging Issues in Earned Wage Access, BNPL, and Auto Lending
- Outreach and Public Education Strategies
Whether you're new to the field or an experienced professional, the School offers a unique opportunity to engage with peers, participate in roundtable discussions, and take home practical tools to support your work.
