NACCA 2025 Consumer Services & Examiners School

 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday, September 19, 2025

In order to finalize all plans and provide guarantees to the venue, we ask all registrations to be completed in the system by no later than Friday, September 19, 2025.

NOTE: Registrations are first-come, first-serve, and based on the meeting room capacity. 
Registrants will be accepted on space availability only. NACCA does not guarantee acceptance.


The program is actively being worked on and will be released in the next couple of week. For your convenience and travel plans a schedule at a glance is provided below.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

The hotel rate available to government employees will be the per diem rate at the time of arrival (currently $129/night plus tax) from Monday, September 29 to Friday, October 3. Hotel Reservation Cut-off Date: Friday, September 5, 2025

After the room block is full or closed we cannot guarantee rooms or rates at the hotel. Check-in is any time after 3:00PM; check-out is 11:00AM


REGISTRATION PAYMENT

If paying by check, please mail to NACCA, 136 Everett Road, Albany, NY 12205. Send check to the attention of Cassandra Cleare, Executive Director. Check should be payable to NACCA. 

An invoice is sent with the confirmation email for each registration but if you need any assistance with payments please contact staff. 


GROUP REGISTRATION

If you are attempting to register multiple participants and want to pay by credit card please register them as pay later and email NACCA staff to send you an invoice.
